Not unless it is far out of range or you were in the Kilombero Swamps in southern TZ.

I don't know what it is. Best guess is Ashy Cisticola if indeed it is even a Cisticola. Is that a yellow eye?

hmm the range and the eyes don't match the id of a white-tailed cisticola - thanks for the clarification. I shall go with ashy cisticola!

@Galana the bill in my photo looks darker. in fact, i had a second look at the ashy cist, and realised its beak is pale. so mine's not an ashy as well. 

think i'll forego it. prob one of the species I had already seen.
