This was in a private concession in Kruger

The animals are 'in the wild' but the straw on the ground suggests they are 'looked after' when grazing is light.

I took this in Africa. He's a very special friend.

Stands taller than me at his shoulder hump (5'8" +)

Taken on foot at close quarters.

Wow! Some of this pictures on here are fantastic!!

 

During our honeymoon on the Maasai Mara we were very fortunate to see the big 5 in 2 hours. This included 4 rhinos!!

This is my picture of a youngster.
