This featured fundraising section particularly highlights special appeals run by grass roots NGOs / Charities - above and beyond usual donation requests. Also here is the "25 dollar donation initiative", giving you an idea of how much of a difference such a small amount can make.

It must be noted that Safaritalk plays no part in any donations procedure - when linking through to a specific donations page it is that of the Host NGO / Charity, and by clicking these links you have not made any commitment to donate.

When considering to donate, please also think about contacting the NGO's director to find out more about their needs, and also to reassure yourself that any donation you make will reach them and make a difference.

Please, take a few minutes to look through the appeals and see if any in particular interest you.
