Puma in Yellowstone

7 posts in this topic

Has anyone in the Forum seen a wild puma at Yellowstone?

I was constantly checking the rocks, when I was there in winter 2013 but I didn´t spot one.

As far as I know there is only a few sightings every year of Puma in Yellowstone.
Despite 4 million visitors and the worlds most watched slopes...

There is far better places if you want to see Puma.

Posted (edited)

Torres del Paine NP (Chile) and Defensores del Chaco NP (Paraguay). Torres del Paine is the most famous place to see pumas, and you can often get superb, prolonged views by day.
