For all its great commitment to "conservation"  I find it shocking that the leading board members the WWF continue to hunt endangered species. As someone highly interested in conservation, I do realize and have observed many times on my safaris that the local people need to be involved in conservation and benefit from wildlife tourism. Obviously the WWF doesn't seem terribly interested.

WWF produces some interesting  reports  ,especially their Traffic  group , and does good media work, but they can get mixed up in some dubious things

 

a whole lot of useful work can  be and is done without connecting to hunting
