I eat as many lionfish tacos as I can whenever I'm in the Caymans!

Seriously? Wow!

Add this to the long list of what I've never heard of.

Question: Are lionfish tacos tasty?

@Tom K

Oh, yes, fish tacos of all kinds are delicious, but the lionfish tacos at Eagle Rays in East End are divine.  Now I'm hungry.:D

As I'm reading this it's lunchtime in central China.

Now I'm hungry, wondering what a lionfish taco might be like.

Thanks for the enthusiastic recommendation!
