I've noticed there hasn't been much love for marine life yet on these forums so I've created a thread for these beautiful creatures. If you have photos please post them, I would love to see them!!

I'll start with dolphins  :)

I had the pleasure of swimming with these guys in South Australia. Wasn't so lucky the first time because they swam away, but on the second attempt we got a few curious fellas come over to check us out

Sea lions in South Australia

Adults tend to not want a bar of you, but the young ones are far more curious and love to play with you and mimic your dives and somersaults. Swimming with these guys was one of the best wildlife experiences I've had

Whale sharks in Ningaloo Reef, Western Australia

Please forgive the quality. I have a waterproof point and shoot and the visibility wasn't the best.

We saw 7 inidividuals in a single day in late March. They are about 6-7 metres in length!

If an experience is amazing enough to be "once in a lifetime," I want to do it every year.
Alex: "Whoa! Hold up there a second, fuzzbucket. You mean like, uh, the live in a mud hut wipe yourself with a leaf type wild?"
King Julian: “Who wipes?”
