I realised that although I had covered the first three things mentioned in the title of the report but I have neglected the fourth one, probably the most important one : The Potholes.

My wife actually once took a video of a road but the video is so expletive ridden from the driver that I can't share it here.

Instead here are couple of shots of the craters. I shudder to think how those roads now after a full rainy season !!

In Cabo Matapalo they come one after another, giving me little chance to recover.

And of course after 4 days in Osa you really feel the need to go Pura Vida.

At Martina's bar ! I was badly Shaken but not Stirred !! They were playing "Come Septmeber" theme there. I was immediately transported back to my childhood.

Happy days and Cheers to Pure Life

@Chakra This is a great trip report. Loved your stories and your photographs. It has been a real treat to see the beauty of Costa Rica through your eyes. The best of all though was the beautiful ocelot. The pictures of him are treasures as are those of the sloths. Just looking at the sloth made me want to scratch also. Thanks so much for sharing it all with us.

@Chakra, I was pointed to yor trip report by @xelas, as he was helping we put together a trip to Costa Rica in Feb 2019. A great read with your sometimes poetic and often funny story-telling and of course lots of great photos. Thanks for yor efforts!
