Some nice birds to end the year, particularly like the Woodpecker with its tongue out. I think you´re right with juv. Swallow-Tailed, really could be nothing else I think.

A slow start i am afraid. No photography today, as it's been raining all day, and no end in sight yet.

 

I am not complaining though, we needed it badly!

Lovely set of birds, and some of stunning photographies you have collected in 2016, Peter!

It will be fun to see how succesful our big trip in 2017 will be for both of us. Have fun, and start taking photos. There are many birds outside your house, I have seen them. Remember the motto: Every Bird Counts :-))
