So Amani has new cubs yet maintains a relationship with her older cubs? Did I get that right from your photos and narrative?

No, Amani and her grown-up daughter Imani just happened to be situated close to each other that day. There was no interaction between the two. Once separated, cheetah mothers and their grown-up cubs really lead separate lives. That is what I thought but if any visitor would discover new animal behavior, it would be you. Thanks for clarifying.

Good info on flamingos too!
