Hi

Does anyone have any recommendations for organisations offering volunteering placements overseas, short term, I.e. 2-3 weeks focusing on predators and small mammals? I have seen one recently advertised for later this month and it got me thinking about other possibilities.

Thanks

Jo

WildlifeACT I have been with, and are excellent. Strong wild dog focus. Will do a TR on it very soon when I've got some more work done!

Jo - you could do a volunteer trip to Humani Ranch on Savé Valley too. If you like, I can get and post the details here. But as everyone knows, Save is a hunting area, and people should know that ahead of time, though they do keep the photo & hunting separate. Some of the other ranches on SVC also offer these volunteer opps - but you actually have to do some maintenance type work in these programs.

Has anyone heard of an outfit called winterdodger and can comment on them? It was this trip that got me thinking about volunteering: http://www.winterdod...land-trips.html

Looked really interesting although the wildlife act one looks equally as good actually..
