I was sorry to learn of the rampant flouting of India's environmental laws by its power industry, as well as the USA's hypocritical culpability in funding dirty coal-fired power plants (while talking such a good game about curbing climate change and moving to clean power).

Enforcement with regard to coal-powered energy is a grave issue, not least in this part of the globe.
