Not a new story (first mentione last year) but I happened to notice the ruiles appear to be effective - now or very soon.


If not familiar with these new rules, briefly, if you want to travel to or through South Africa with kids (i.e. under 18s) you will now need offciial documentation to prove they are your kids and that both parents know where they are.


You can google for details - or maybe someone will be kind enough to post a good link (I have no idea whether the page I saw it on is a good sumamry or misleading and inaccurate).
