Is this photo an immature Martial Eagle or an African Crowned Eagle? Something else? It was taken in Tarangire. I appreciate any help with ID.

Martial eagle. (immature)

 

The immature Crowned eagles head and neck is whiter not so mottled, and it is a slighter built bird.
