  1. As is often the case, the Daily Nation frustrates with poor journalistic practices. But buried in the following article, I found this hint: "Last week, Governor Samuel Tunai’s administration announced a ban on livestock grazing in the world-famous reserve and imposed a Sh10,000 fine for every cow impounded."
